  ACC Compliance

The Atlantic Coast Conference Compliance Office serves the league's 12 member insitutions and their student-athletes. The purpose of the ACC Compliance Website is to provide information to current and prospective student-athletes and their families with important compliance information.

The primary governing body of intercollegiate athletics is the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA). There are important NCAA Guidelines Everyone Should Know outlined on the attached page (click here).

The NCAA opposes all forms of sports wagering on NCAA-sponsored sports. Sports wagering has become a serious problem that threatens the well-being of the student-athlete and the integrity of college sports. For more information, click here.

Conference Eligibility Rules and Transfer rules that are in addition to NCAA rules… The ACC also has conference-specific bylaws which cover Conference Eligibility Rules on the attached page (click here).
