GREENSBORO, N.C. - Senior setter Ali Hausfeld of the Duke Blue Devils has been named ACC Volleyball Player of the Week, marking the fourth time this season that a Duke player has taken the honor.

Last week against Boston College and Maryland, Hausfeld had possibly her best showings of the season. Against Boston College, the Springboro, Ohio native registered six kills in eight attempts with zero errors for a hitting percentage of .750. She added 46 assists, six service aces, 11 digs and two blocks, pushing the Blue Devils to a three game sweep of the Eagles. Sunday at Maryland, she again was impressive, recording eight kills, again with no errors, to go along with 55 assists and four digs. For the week, she posted a .636 hitting percentage, averaging 14.43 assists per game, 0.86 aces per game and 2.14 digs per game.

Hausfeld currently leads the nation in assists with a season average of 14.24 per game, and has moved into sixth place on the all-time ACC career assists list with 5,651.

This week, she will lead Duke in two conference games at home against Miami and Florida State. Friday's match versus the Hurricanes is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., and the Florida State match will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday in Durham, N.C.
