Chapel Hill, N.C. - The UNC volleyball team will host a spring tournament on Saturday, April 1st in Chapel Hill. The tournament will take place in both Carmichael Auditorium and Fetzer Gym.

The tournament will involve pool play with the Tar Heels opening in Pool A against Navy at 9:00 a.m. and then facing off against Duke at 11:00 a.m., Appalachain State at 1:00 p.m. and Connecticut at 2:00 p.m. Each match in pool play will involve two games to 35 rally points. Once pool play is complete, the teams will be seeded according to their record and will play a playoff match against the same seed from the opposite pool. That match will be a best of three games with regular scoring to 15 points in the first two games and rally scoring to 15 points in the third game. There is no admission to attend the tournament.
