BC Volleyball Earns First ACC Win, 3-0, Over NC State

The Boston College women's volleyball team won its first ACC match of the season, sweeping NC State, 3-0. The Eagles held the Wolfpack to an attacking percentage of just .114, using a combination of timely kills and solid defensive play to beat NC State.

With the win, the Eagles improved to 7-17 overall (1-11 ACC), while the Wolfpack fell to 9-18 (3-9 ACC).

Attempting to close out their first conference win, the Eagles found themselves down 24-20 in the third set, before staging an impressive rally. Molly Kolosky got things started for BC with a kill. The Wolfpack then committed four straight attack errors to give the Eagles match point.

Although BC didn't convert on its first attempt to win the match, two points later, Brennan Clark's service ace won the set at 27-25 and gave the Eagles the win.
