The Duke Athletics Department would like to let everyone know that one of our women's lacrosse student-athletes, Francoise Gordon, has been in an accident and is in a hospital in Chicago. She was hit by a car and is currently in a coma.

We have developed this page so that everyone can send well wishes and prayers to Francoise and her family. Thank you in advance for all your thoughts and prayers. We wish a speedy recovery for Francoise, who is a rising senior from Baltimore, Md. We will keep you informed as her condition progresses.
