GREENSBORO, N.C. - North Carolina's Debbie Castine and Maryland's Jen Adams both earn a share of this week's Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week honors after leading their respective teams to victory last week.

North Carolina goalkeeper Debbie Castine led the Tar Heels past #6 Loyola by recording 15 saves and allowing only six goals. The senior from Montville, N.J. helped the Heels to improve to a 2-2 record this season.

Adams, a sophomore attacker, scored five goals and recorded three assists in the Terrapins' 18-8 win over #17 Syracuse. Adams, who hails from Brighton, Australia, netted all five goals in the second half, including three within a five-minute span.
