Newport, RI - Fog delayed the start of the 2006 U.S. Women's Open today at the Newport Country Club in Newport, RI. The first round has been rescheduled for Friday. UVa sophomore Jennie Arseneault will tee off at 8:50 a.m. from the No. 10 tee to start her first round.
