Third-Ranked Cavaliers Shut Out Longwood, 7-0
The third-ranked Virginia field hockey team improved to 14-1 this season with a 7-0 shut out of Longwood Tuesday. Sophomore Pagie Selenski notched her second hat trick of the season, while senior Traci Ragukas scored a pair of goals. Juniors Kaitlyn Hiltz and Inga Stöckel also contributed goals in the winning effort.

Selenski recorded her first career hat trick earlier this season in a 5-0 win over Ohio. The Shavertown, Pa., native also contributed two assists to go along with her three goals. Stöckel led the team with three assists.

The Cavaliers outshot Longwood 25-4 for the game, including a 16-3 advantage in the second half. UVa also took 11 penalty corners to four for the Lancers.
