No. 20 Women's Rowing Team To Compete At Lexus Central-South Regional

The Duke University women's rowing team, currently ranked No. 3 in the NCAA South Regional rankings and 20th in the USRA/CRCA Coaches Poll, will compete in the Lexus Central-South Region Sprints regatta on May 18 & 19. In addition to competing for the Lexus Cup, awarded to the crew with the most combined team points, Duke will be competing for the South Regional championship, awarded to the crew with the most team points in the Southern Region. Other South Region competitors include Clemson, Texas, and Tennessee. The Blue Devils have boats entered in the varsity eight, second varsity eight, varsity four, and freshman eight events.

Lexus Central-South Sprints will take place on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, on a 2000 meter race course, and is hosted by the Oak Ridge Rowing Association.
