What is something that most people don't know about you? I wish I could sing.

What made you choose basketball? Because it was the sport I was best at.
When and how did you start playing basketball? First organized, was in kindergarten, with parks and rec but I started playing before that. I have an older and a younger brother and always being stuck in the middle of those two, kind of being a tom-boy, wanting to do what they do.
What made you choose Florida State? The whole package: coaches, players, the team, the campus, the university. Its total package was better than the other schools I was looking at. Florida State has clearly had its best season in school history. How does it feel to be a part of something so special? It's exciting, Tanae and I, we bought into this program four years ago and Coach Sue had that dream or goal already set out; for that to come true our senior year, I really couldn't ask for anything more.
What do you consider your greatest accomplishment so far as an athlete? Growing every year and learning so much about life through the game of basketball.
What do you still hope to accomplish in the future as an athlete? Honestly, to start my career whether that is in basketball or in the workforce, that's my goal off the court. On the court, we still have an ACC Tournament to take care of and we still have an NCAA Tournament to take care of.
How have you changed since your freshman year, both athletically and personally? Athletically, you get more athletic, college is a whole other level than high school. Strength and speed wise, ball handling, defense, everything has just been heightened to a new level. Off the court, learning how to use my resources and being on my own, there's no mom or dad that has your back, everything is just on you; personal responsibility and commitment, sticking to things is where I have really grown.
What do you do when you're off the court? I like to just hang out, sleep, and catch up on my rest. I go to the movies a lot; movies are one of my hobbies.
What do you want to do after college? I'm still undecided; I am looking at being a high school athletic director.
What is your game day routine? We go to class, come to the gym, watch film then we have a shoot around which kind of is like our mini-practice. Then we have our pregame meal and then I will usually go back and hang out for a bit. Then we come back, get treatment, get taped up and then it's game time.
What are your expectations for your team this season? Our expectations are to win an ACC Championship, taking that one game at a time. And same thing for the NCAA Tournament, obviously everyone is weighing on UConn, the unbeaten team, but we feel that anybody is beatable in the NCAA Tournament. We are just as beatable as anybody and so on and seeds don't really matter. We are going to take it as far as we can.
What is your favorite part of the playing in the ACC Women's Basketball Tournament? All the hype, it really is like a mini-NCAA Tournament. I feel that it really does prepare you for what comes just a few days later, the selection show and then wherever you get sent to. It's a very intense atmosphere and environment. It's a neutral court which is always good. I think that it's exciting with all the people that come and watch, it makes for a great tournament.
