COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - Marissa Coleman had 15 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists - the first triple-double in Maryland history - to lead the top-ranked Terrapins to a 105-44 victory over UC Santa Barbara on Saturday night.

Coleman was one of six players in double figures for the Terps, who had every player score. Laura Harper was 7-for-7 from the field and scored 19 points, and Crystal Langhorne had 18.

Jenna Green led the Gauchos (1-5) with 15 points.

With the victory, Maryland (9-0) equaled its best start since the 1991-92 campaign.

Coleman hit Langhorne with a long outlet pass for her 10th assist, pushing Maryland's lead to 88-40 with 6:26 remaining in the game to get her triple-double.

The Terps shot 63.5 percent from the field and outrebounded the Gauchos 51-17.

Maryland controlled the game with its stifling defense, forcing the Gauchos to turn the ball over on six of their first seven possessions to fuel a 17-2 run.

The Terps went on a 15-3 spurt in the final 4:30 of the first half, making seven of their last nine shots to take a 45-17 halftime lead.

Maryland remained hot in the second half, making 23 of 32 field goals. Every Maryland player scored.
