GREENSBORO, N.C. - Virginia junior Chris Henrich has been named Atlantic Coast Conference Wrestler of the Week after posting three wins in the 174-pound weight class - including two against fellow nationally ranked opponents - during the Northeast Duals last Saturday at Troy, N.Y.

Henrich, now ranked fourth by InterMat, scored two dominating wins with a 19-3 technical fall over Sacred Heart's Michael Hartman and then a 7-0 drubbing of No. 11 Ryan Patrovich of Hofstra. The Landsdale, Pa., native also posted a 3-1 decision over Central Michigan's Ben Bennett, who is ranked No. 14.

Three ACC teams remain ranked among the nation's Top 25, with Maryland checking in at No. 7, Virginia at No. 18 and Virginia Tech at No. 24.

Midweek action involving ACC teams finds Duke hosting Davidson on Wednesday night in the first dual action of the season for the Blue Devils. The first conference action of the season is set for Friday night, when Maryland (5-1) travels to North Carolina (2-3).

NC State (2-2) and Virginia Tech (6-1) will both take part in the Cliff Keen Open at Las Vegas on Friday and Saturday. Maryland gets back into action Sunday at the Penn State Open.
