No. 25 Deacons Stop North Carolina 4-2
Cory Parr and Jonathan Wolff each earned their 25th singles wins of the season as the 25th-ranked Wake Forest men's tennis team topped North Carolina 4-2 on Wednesday afternoon. The Demon Deacons are now 17-7 in dual matches and 7-2 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. UNC is 14-8 and 3-6.

The Deacons earned their third consecutive doubles point to kickoff the match. North Carolina's Clay Donato and Taylor Fogleman defeated Cory Parr and Steven Forman 8-6 at No.1, but Wake's Iain Atkinson/Carlos Salmon duo downed UNC competitors 8-5 at No. 2 and Jonathan Wolff/David Hopkins took an 8-6 win at No. 3.

The close doubles matches would mirror the singles portion of the contest, where every court held close matches with long points.
