Clemson's Fabio Tambosi Claims Men's Soccer ACC Player Of The Week Honor

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Clemson forward Fabio Tambosi claims this week's Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week honors after leading the Tigers to a 2-0 record in last week's play. Tambosi, a sophomore from Sao Paulo, Brazil, scored five goals and one
assist for a total of eleven points in victories over Charleston Southern
and NC State. Against Charleston Southern, Tambosi tallied a hat trick with
three goals while also contributing an assist on the 6-1 win.
Tambosi also leads the team in scoring with eight goals and one assist for
17 points on the 2000 season.
