CARY, N.C. - The third-seeded Virginia Cavaliers advanced to the ACC Men's Soccer Semifinals with a 3-1 advantage in penalty kicks over the sixth-seeded Clemson Tigers.

The match was scoreless through regulation and two golden goal overtime periods prior to penalty kicks. The match will be recorded as a 0-0 tie with Virginia advancing on penalty kicks.

Clemson's record becomes 9-7-3 while Virginia (8-9-1) advances to face the second-seeded Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Friday, November 14 at 8:00 p.m.
