Raleigh, N.C. -- The University of North Carolina men's soccer team completed its spring season on Apr. 19 with a 2-0 loss to the Raleigh Capital Express of the professional A-League at the WRAL Soccer Center. The Tar Heels finished the spring with a combined 3-1-3 record. Prior to the game with the Capital Express, UNC had continued its spring soccer season in Richmond, Va., Chapel Hil, and Jacksonville, N.C. The Capital Express scored a pair of second-half goals to defeat Carolina, 2-0. The Express ended its preseason schedule 6-0-2 and opens its 2000 season on Apr. 29 at Atlanta.
