No. 6 Terps Triumph Over Yale, 12-4, On Senior Day

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Seniors Chris Feifs and Michael Phipps combined for seven of Maryland's 12 goals to lead the sixth-ranked Terrapins to a 12-4 victory over Yale on Senior Day at Chevy Chase Bank Field at Byrd Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Maryland (10-5) was never threatened in the game, jumping out to a 4-0 lead in the first quarter. Feifs got the Terps started with his first of a career-high four goals on the day less than a minute into the game. Senior All-America defender Ray Megill picked up his third assist of the season on the goal.

Greer's Five Goals Guide No. 2 Duke Past Air Force, 19-6

DURHAM, N.C. -- Zack Greer scored five goals and added three assists to lead second-ranked Duke to a 19-6 victory over visiting Air Force in men's lacrosse action on Sunday afternoon at Koskinen Stadium in Durham, N.C.

The Blue Devils, winners of nine consecutive games since falling to top-ranked Cornell back on March 20, conclude the regular season at 14-2 and await the NCAA Tournament selection announcement slated for tonight at 9 p.m. The Falcons close the year at 2-10.
