Big Fourth Quarter Lifts No. 14 Maryland Men's Lacrosse Past Yale
A 5-0 scoring run to open the fourth quarter broke open a 5-5 tie and gave the No. 14 Maryland men's lacrosse team an important 10-6 win over Yale Saturday afternoon at Reese Stadium.

The victory keeps Maryland's postseason hopes alive, boosting the Terps' overall record to 9-6. The Terps will have to wait for the NCAA Selection Show, which will air on Sunday, May 3, between 9:00-9:30 p.m. on ESPNU to find out if they earn an at-large bid to this year's tournament.

Maryland drew first blood at the 13:39 mark when sophomore Grant Catalino's shot ricocheted off the crossbar in front of the Yale goal. That's where sophomore Travis Reed picked-up the groundball and put it back into the Bulldog net for a 1-0 Terrapin lead.
