ACC Mascots To Visit Levine Children's Hospital In Charlotte #ACCfcg

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The 12 Atlantic Coast Conference mascots will visit the Levine Children's Hospital as part of an outreach initiative for the 2010 ACC Dr Pepper Football Championship Game this Friday, December 3, 2010.
Visit Charlotte will host the mascots for lunch at Big Daddy's Burger Bar, a popular lunch spot in the Dilworth neighborhood. Following lunch, the mascots will also be joined by Boston College linebacker Mark Herzlich and Nate Irving, who will both share their inspirational stories.
The Levine Children's Hospital (LCH) is a 12-story, 234-bed facility designed with family-centered care as a top priority. Established to accommodate projected growth of more than 100,000 children in the next decade, it is the most comprehensive children's hospital between Atlanta and Washington DC and treats more children than any other hospital in the Carolinas. Located on the campus of Carolinas Medical Center, it serves as the regional referral center for pediatric trauma and pediatric surgical services.
2010 ACC Football Championship Game The 2010 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be played December 4, at 7:45 pm at Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium and will feature Atlantic Division Champion Florida State against Coastal Division Champion Virginia Tech.
