ACC FanFest Presented by AT&T to be Held Dec. 1
Country music stars Little Big Town and Lee Brice headline Uptown Charlotte concerts.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – ACC FanFest presented by AT&T will kick off Saturday, Dec. 1, with live music, games and entertainment outside Bank of America Stadium.

Free to the general public, ACC FanFest activities will run from noon until 7 p.m. on Mint Street between Morehead and Stonewall/Graham Street, adjacent to Bank of America Stadium East and North gates. Rain or shine, ACC FanFest will encompass a large area of interactive games, team bands, mascots, pep rallies, Corporate Champion attractions and giveaways, food and beverages, live entertainment and autograph opportunities with ACC Legends. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase official game merchandise and game programs.

The ACC Digital Network (ACCDN) will also be hosting a Digital Lounge, which will showcase a variety of the ACC’s technology platforms and products.  Fans will be able to sample the ACC Sports mobile app on iPad kiosks and view ACCDN content, such as highlights featuring Georgia Tech and Florida State on multiple HDTVs.  In addition, the ACC Digital Network will have an interview set within the Digital Lounge for on-site interviews with ACC Legends and other special guests.  All fans stopping by the Digital Lounge will receive an ACCDN mobile phone cleaning cloth, as well as a chance to win a trip onto the field at halftime to see the second half kickoff from close-up. Fans can participate in the conversation and post pictures from the Digital Lounge by using the hashtag #ACCDigiLounge on Twitter and Instagram.

Highlighting the afternoon will be a live performance by former Clemson football player Lee Brice and CMA award winner Little Big Town. Event attendees will also be able to watch ACC basketball games on a video board in the FanFest area as well as in the ACC Digital Lounge.

2012 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship: The 2012 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be played at 8 p.m. on Dec. 1 at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium and will feature the Atlantic Division Champion Florida State against the Coastal Division Champion Georgia Tech.  Tickets for the general public are on sale.  The game will be nationally televised on ESPN.
