Boston College has announced a future home-and-home football non-conference series with Northwestern University.

The Eagles will play host to the Wildcats on Sept. 3, 2011 and then play at Northwestern on Sept. 15, 2012.

BC and Northwestern have played three times previously, with the last meeting coming in 1993.
