ACC Football Teams with 'Country-Soul' Singing Sensation James Otto

Greensboro, N.C.--The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that they will utilize the song "Ain't Gonna Stop" by Warner Bros. Recording Artist James Otto as the identifying sound of the 2009 ACC Football Season. In addition, the ACC and James Otto will work together to deliver a promotion entitled "Ain't Gonna Stop on the Road to Tampa Bay" that will run through November 22 and will offer many unique prizes and experiences focused around the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship in Tampa, Fla. on December 5, 2009.
The campaign will be further enhanced by live concerts and appearances by James Otto throughout the ACC footprint this fall. The first of these appearances will take place at BB&T Field in Winston-Salem, NC on Saturday, September 12 where Otto will sing the National Anthem prior to the Stanford-Wake Forest game and the final performance of the campaign will take place at the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on December 5 where he will headline a pre-game concert at ACC FanFest in addition to singing the National Anthem just prior to the title game. In addition to enjoying these weekly videos and live concerts, fans will have the opportunity to enter the "Ain't Gonna Stop on the Road to Tampa Bay" Sweepstakes which will provide the opportunity to win the following: • Grand Prize including a trip for two to the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game in Tampa.
