WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The ACC/ISP Sports National Radio Network opens its fourth season on September 3rd when NC State hosts South Carolina in a prime time Thursday night contest at 7 p.m.

That game is the first of 14 broadcasts, including three in the 2009 season's opening eight days, on the ACC network which is produced and managed by ISP, the nation's premier collegiate sports marketing company. The overall schedule features 11 conference matchups culminated by the ACC Championship Game from Tampa on December 5th. At least nine conference teams will be included in this year's package.

The first ACC contest of 2009 is also part of this fall's exciting list of games. That broadcast is set for Labor Day (Sept. 7) evening when Miami visits Florida State in an 8 p.m. kickoff. Three nights later, the network will air Clemson at Georgia Tech in the year's second league matchup.

The September slate additionally features two contests pairing ACC teams with nationally ranked non-league foes - Nebraska at Virginia Tech (on Sept. 19) and TCU at Clemson (Sept. 26).

The regular season schedule concludes with a special "Flex Weekend" on November 21st when any one of four games may be aired, depending on national interest and the championship races in the Atlantic and Coastal Divisions.

Affiliate stations for individual broadcasts on the ACC/ISP Network are determined depending upon game times, previous station commitments and blackout restrictions protecting ACC member school networks. The list of affiliates carrying one or more games is at an all-time high of more than 100 stations representing 30-plus states and eight of the top 10 markets (and 18 of the top 25) in the country. Most games will be carried on SIRIUS XM Radio as well.

Veteran broadcaster Bill Rosinski returns as primary play-by-play announcer on the network, sharing that duty with Alan York, an 11-year member of the ISP radio team. The color analyst role will be filled each game by one of a trio of individuals with strong ACC ties - former Virginia coach Sonny Randle; Ricky Proehl, a standout receiver at Wake Forest and in the NFL; or former UNC coach John Bunting.
