ACC Fans Can Experience the 2009 ACC Football Kickoff

Greensboro, N.C. (theACC.com) – For the first time, ACC fans have the opportunity to experience the ACC Football Kickoff as the 2009 event will be streamed “live” online and the league will accept fan questions for the interview sessions. The official website of the Atlantic Coast Conference (theACC.com) will provide live coverage of the afternoon interview sessions on both Sunday and Monday, July 26 & 27. Two of the top players from each ACC school will participate in the session on Sunday, July 26 from 3-6 p.m. The session on Monday, July 27 from 3-6:15 p.m. will feature all 12 ACC head coaches as well as two ACC administrators: Commissioner John Swofford and Coordinator of Football Officials Doug Rhoads. The interview session schedules and list of participating players with links to their bios are available on the official page for the 2009 ACC Football Kickoff: http://www.theacc.com/sports/m-footbl/2009-football-kickoff.html. Fans wishing to get more involved can submit questions for the players, coaches and administrators through Twitter (@theACCfootball) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/theACC). Deadline for fan questions is Friday, July 24 at 5 p.m. (EDT) and each question should indicate to whom it is being directed. Fan questions will be incorporated into the live interview sessions. The 2009 ACC Football Kickoff is being held at Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C.
