Atlantic Coast Conference Unveils 2011 Basketball Tournament Logo

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference unveiled the 2011 ACC Tournament logo today as announced by Commissioner John Swofford. The 58th annual ACC Tournament is set for March 10-13, 2011, and marks the 23rd time the four-day event will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum. The first 13 ACC Tournaments were held in NC State’s Reynolds Coliseum from 1954 to 1966. Since moving from Raleigh, the ACC Tournament has been held at the original Charlotte Coliseum, the Capital Centre in Landover, Md., the MCI Center in Washington, D.C., the Omni and the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Ga., the second Charlotte Coliseum, the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Fla., the Charlotte Bobcats Arena and the Greensboro Coliseum.
