TUCSON, Ariz. -- The 2010 Louisville Slugger pre-season All-American baseball teams, selected by Collegiate Baseball newspaper, features a who's who of NCAA Division I baseball players, including 11 student-athletes from the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Four ACC players were selected to the first team, including 2009 ACC Pitcher of the Year Deck McGuire of Georgia Tech. Also named were Miami catcher Yasmani Grandal, Virginia outfielder Jarrett Parker and Florida State outfielder Tyler Holt.

The second team includes 2009 ACC Freshman of the Year Danny Hultzen of Virginia, North Carolina pitcher Matt Harvey and Florida State outfielder/pitcher Mike McGee.

Among the third-team selections are Florida State pitcher Sean Gilmartin, Georgia Tech first baseman Tony Plagman, Virginia Tech first baseman Austin Wates and Florida State shortstop Stephen Cardullo.

The pre-season pick as National Player of The Year is RHP Anthony Ranaudo of Louisiana State. The complete Louisville Slugger first, second and third Preseason All-America teams are listed below. ACC teams will be among the Division I squads opening their seasons with non-conference games Feb. 19. ACC teams will begin conference weekend series March 12-14.
