COLLEGE PARK, Md.- Former Maryland pitcher Eric Milton tops the list of former Terps currently active in professional baseball. Milton is enjoying the finest season of his career as he leads the Twins in victories. A prize prospect acquired from the Yankees in the Chuck Knoblauch trade, Milton has been on a roll since his 13-strikeout no-hitter versus the Anaheim Angels last September 11th. This season, Milton has continued to come into his own as the southpaw is on pace for 16 wins this season.

Garry Maddox, Jr., is on fire for the Trenton Thunder in the Boston Red Sox organization. Maddox is ninth in the Eastern League in batting with a sizzling .312 batting average. The former Terp Maddox is still in the top ten of two career hitting records at Maryland as he is third in triples and eighth in runs scored.
