CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of Virginia baseball team had its first contest of a three-game Atlantic Coast Conference series against the North Carolina Tar Heels cancelled due to heavy rain in the Chapel Hill area. Virginia and North Carolina are now scheduled to play a doubleheader on Friday, May 16th at UNC's Boshamer Stadium. The first game of the doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM while the second contest is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM.
