It was a real good college baseball game. Both kids pitched extremely well tonight. I thought Stephen Faris was outstanding tonight. He was very crisp with all of his pitches and made some great pitches and kept us in the ballgame. He gave us seven strong innings and then Danny Moskos came in and pitched great for us. Our defense was very good and we made some big plays. Georgia Tech has a real nice ball club and Hyde pitched really well for them, we just had that two run inning. It was a great team effort and we just played very well tonight.

On Georgia Tech
They played well against us and they had our number last time and beat us pretty good. We're two good baseball teams. They're very tough offensively and you have to really pitch as well as Stephen and Moskos did; otherwise, you give them any extra outs and you are going to find yourself in trouble.

On Ben Hall getting the game winning hit
We have a lot of confidence in him. He has been chomping at the bit to get a chance to play more. He's clutch and has some experience - he is a senior and has got a lot of baseball under his belt and he's tough.

On Lee Hyde's pitching performance
I thought he pitched great. If we would have picked the guy off and thrown him out at second when they scored the two runs, they wouldn't have scored at all in that inning. We probably messed that play up and it cost us two runs, but I thought he pitched outstanding, gave us a chance to win. I thought we were going to get out of that jam there in the ninth, but to their credit, they got a big hit and won the game.

On the decision to start Lee Hyde
He's a veteran guy. I think he's pitched very well the last couple of weeks. More, I just felt like he had experience to pitch well in a game like this.

On facing Miami again
That's just the way the bracket fell out. We can't change the bracket. They know a lot about us, we know a lot about them, and we've got to play the game to see who's going to stay alive to get a shot at Clemson on Saturday.
