GREENSBORO, N.C. - NC State's Bobby Mack was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week and Virginia Tech's Tasmin Fanning earned Women's Performer of the Week honors.

Mack placed second overall and first among NC State runners at this past weekend's Southeast Regional in Clemmons, N.C. Mack, a red-shirt senior, covered the 10K course in 30:17.8 and led the Wolfpack to a third-place team finish and an at-large berth in the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., on Monday, Nov. 24.

Fanning, a senior from Charlottesville, Va., earned ACC Performer of the Week honors after capturing individual honors at this past weekend's Southeast Regional in Clemmons, N.C. Fanning became the first Hokie, male or female, to win an NCAA regional event, finishing the 6K event in 20:07.8 to top the 231-athlete field and ensure herself a third-straight trip to the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., on Monday, Nov. 24.
