2005 ACC Men's Cross Country Championship

Tallahassee, Fla. - The Duke women's cross country team won its second-straight Atlantic Coast Conference cross country title today as they posted a score of 20 points at the 2005 ACC Women's Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee, Fla.

Duke was followed by NC State, who recorded 91 points. Wake Forest was third with 104 points, while Boston College finished in fourth with 106 points. North Carolina was the next to finish as they took fifth place with 128 points and they were followed by Virginia (6th - 177), Florida State (7th -196), Maryland (8th - 214), Virginia Tech (9th -235), Georgia Tech (10th -281), Miami (11th -323) and Clemson (12th - 327).

Duke had seven runners in the top 11 and was led by the 2005 ACC Individual Champion Shannon Rowbury, who finished the 5750m course in 19:03.2.
