![]() Duke's Agrawal Captures ACC Cross Country Performer Of The Week

DURHAM, N.C. - Duke freshman Sheela Agrawal (Swansea, Mass.) was named the ACC Performer of the Week for winning the Roy Griak Invitational individual crown this past weekend in Minneapolis, Minn. Agrawal covered the 5,000-meter course in a time of 17:31, helping her Blue Devil squad to an eighth-place finish in the competition. The win marks her second individual crown of the year, including a win at the Fordham Invitational her collegiate debut. It also marks the second time that she has been honored as the ACC Performer of the Week. In addition to Agrawal's garnering weekly conference honors, the Duke women's team for the first time in the 15-year existence of the program is ranked 25th in latest Women's Cross Country Coaches Association poll.
