GREENSBORO, N.C. - Virginia sophmore Bob Thiele was named the ACC Mens Performer of the Week while Wake Forest junior Janelle Kraus received the womens honors for the second straight week.

Thiele finished second overall, and first for the Cavaliers with a time of 25:51.3 while competing in the Lou Onesty Invitational in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Kraus finished first for the second straight week in the Lou Onesty Invitational with a time of 17:34. Kraus has now captured the individual title in both of the 1998 meets, and has claimed six individual titles in her career.
