GREENSBORO, N.C. – Duke’s Bo Waggoner was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week and the Blue Devils’ Emily Schwitzer earned the league’s Women's Performer of the Week honors.

Duke's Bo WaggonerWaggoner, a junior from Maumee, Ohio, paced Duke to the team title in the James Madison Invitational with a second-place finish, completing the 7,900 meter course in 24:20.60. Led by Waggoner, Duke had seven runners finish in the top-10, including three posting times under the previous course record.

Led by Schwitzer, the Blue Devil women's squad also claimed the team title at the James Madison Invitational, placing eight runners in the top 10. Schwitzer, a junior from Minneotonka, Minn., took first place out of 119 participants, finishing the 5,100 meter course in 18:09.50, eclipsing the previous course record of 18:20:00.
