For the second straight weekend, Danielle Siebert ran to a 26th place finish, and for the second straight weekend, the Maryland women's cross country team finished in 11th place overall. This weekend it was the ECAC/IC4A Championships, in which Siebert ran to a time of 18:35 on the 5k course. Katie Purcell also finished among the top 50 in the field of 105 runners, running an 18:57.

Meghan Braffet finished in 77th place (19:33), followed by Cori Koch in 79th (19:37), Shari Gorga in 81st (19:54), Becca Funk in 89th (20:44) and Melissa Trusty in 95th (21:00).

La Salle won both the men's and women's competition, posting a 68-point performance to capture the women's title. Yale narrowly missed the team title, finishing with 70 points, followed by Cornell (78), William and Mary (90) and Georgetown (112).

Jenna Darcy of La Salle won the individual title in a time of 17:48. Boston College's Laurel Burdick (17:50), La Salle's Rachel Papin (17:53), Duke's Liz Wort (17:57) and Cornell's Amber McGown (17:58) rounded out the top five runners.
