![]() Freshman Sheela Agrawal Captures Second Cross Country Title

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. - Duke freshman harrier Sheela Agrawal (Swansea, Mass.) claimed her second collegiate individual crown at Saturday's Roy Griak Invitational. Agrawal covered the five-kilometer course in a time of 17:31. Agrawal's finish helped the Blue Devil women's team to a eighth-place finish, while the Duke men finished 10th overall. In her collegiate debut three weeks ago, Agrawal led Duke to the Fordham Invitational team title by capturing the individual title. Junior Megan Sullivan (Williamsburg, Va.) was Duke's second-best finisher in the Griak with a 18:23 clocking for 30th place. In the men's competition, Duke was led by senior Charlie Kelly (Marshalltown, Iowa) with a 36th-place finish with a clocking of 25:22. Following Kelly across the line was sophomore Sean Kelly (Wickliffe, Ohio) with a time of 25:39 over the eight kilomter course for 56th place. The Blue Devils return to action on Saturday, Oct. 2, when they host UNC Wilmington and Virginia Commonwealth for a triangular meet on East Campus.
