Inge Jorgensen Advances to Finals of US Olympic Trials in Javelin

Virginia's Inge Jorgensen, the reigning ACC Champion in the javelin and a two-time All-American in that event, advanced to the finals of the US Olympic Trials, which are being held in Sacramento, California. Jorgensen threw a 51.80 (169' 11") and stands in seventh overall, just two feet out of third place. The finals are scheduled for Sunday, July 11 at 2:45 PT.
