CORAL GABLES, Fla. - University of Miami junior Kaitlin Nazario has been named to the 2007 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Track and Field Team as announced Friday by ACC Commissioner John D. Swofford.

Nazario, an elementary education major from Dover, N.J., was Miami's top performer in the javelin for the second-consecutive season in 2007. Along with second-places finishes at the Hurricane Invitational, the Auburn Springtime Invitational and the Miami Elite Invitational during the outdoor season, she hit a season best mark of 142-02 feet (43.34m) at the ACC Outdoor Championships in College Park, Md.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during her academic career.
