ACC teams wrapped up competition at the 2013 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Fayetteville, Ark. Two student-athletes claimed individual titles. Clemson’s women placed sixth, while Virginia Tech’s men finished tied for ninth. Brianna Rollins led the Tigers with her second NCAA title in the 60 meter hurdles. The Hokies’ Alexander Ziegler won the weight throw, his third individual honor.

CLEMSON, SC - Brianna Rollins established another NCAA Championships record in the 60 hurdles and claimed her second national title in the event Saturday at the Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, AR. She led Clemson's women to a total of 28 points and team finish of sixth place at the NCAA Indoor Championships. The men were led by Spencer Adams' bronze medal performance and finished with eight points, good enough for a tie for 25th.
CLEMSON, SC - Clemson senior Brittney Waller earned a bronze medal in the weight throw Friday to lead the Tiger track & field team to a fifth-place tie after day one at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, AR. Dezerea Bryant added a fifth-place finish in the 200 dash, giving Clemson 10 points for the day.
Ross Finishes Sixth at NCAA Indoor T&F Championships
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Senior Cydney Ross earned First Team All-America honors by finishing sixth in the women's 800 meters at the 2013 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Fayetteville Ark., Saturday, March 9. The St. Louis, Mo., native ran a personal best time of 2:04.52, and broke her own school record that she last weekend, in her final indoor race as a Blue Devil.
FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. - With a time of 15:49.45, Juliet Bottorff set a new ACC and Duke record on her way to earning First Team All-America honors in the women's 5,000 meters Friday, March 8 at the 2013 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Fayetteville, Ark. Senior Cydney Ross also solidified All-America honors by completing the 800m in 2:06.04, which was the seventh fastest time of the evening, and allowed her to advance to the finals tomorrow evening.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Chrishawn Williams won All-America honors as she placed eighth in the long jump at the NCAA Indoor National Championships on Friday evening with a mark of 20-7 ¾ (6.29 meters). This is her first All-America honor.

Making her first NCAA Championship appearance, Shepherd, leaped 19' 0.75 in the long jump for a 14th-place finish, earning her second team All-America honors.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Making their first ever NCAA Indoor Championship appearances, Senior Aaron Unterberger and sophomore Broderick Snoddy competed Friday night at the Randal Tyson Track Complex. Unterberger placed 12th in the pole vault with a height of 5.40m (17’8.5”), after qualifying for the event with a school-record height of 5.44m (17'10.25") at the Last Chance Invite in Blacksburg, Va. last weekend. Snoddy finished his stellar indoor season in the men’s 60-meter preliminaries with a 13th-place finish and a time of 6.75. The top eight qualify for the finals set for Saturday at 7:10 p.m. CT.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The Virginia men's and women's track and field teams concluded the indoor season Saturday with the final day of the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Randal Tyson Track on the campus of the University of Arkansas. Virginia had one competitor on Saturday with senior Dallas Rose in the women's triple jump. Rose, who was making her second straight appearance in the meet, had a jump of 41'9.75" on her final attempt to place 13th in the event.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The Virginia men's and women's track and field teams competed in two events on the first day of the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships Friday at the Randal Tyson Track on the campus of the University of Arkansas. The men's distance medley relay team posted a 10th place finish, while senior Vicky Fouhy finished 12th in the preliminaries of the women's mile.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Just as he’s done all season, Darrell Wesh proved tonight at the NCAA Track and Field Championships that he has more in him. After breaking his personal record in each of his previous three races this year, the junior came out tonight and shattered his previous record of 6.65, which he set two weeks ago, with a blazing time of 6.57 in the first heat of the 60-meter prelims at the Randal Tyson Track Center.
