The Atlantic Coast Conference had 19 All-American performances at the 2006 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships held in Athens, Ga. March 16-18.

Florida State led all ACC teams, finishing in 16th place with 84 points. Seminole relay teams posted three top 10 finishes, highlighted by a third-place finish in the 200 medley relay. The Seminoles also recorded a league-best time of 3:39.01 in the 400 medley relay.

Virginia's Brielle White, the Most Valuable Swimmer at the ACC Championships, posted a pair of top 10 finishes at the national championship. She claimed third in the 100 backstroke at 52.76 and fourth in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:55.67, marking ACC records in both events.
