Wake Forest's Raisa Schiller Takes ACC Field Hockey Player of the Week   11/3/09   Wake Forest senior forward Raisa Schiller was selected as the 10th and final Atlantic Coast Conference Field Hockey Player of the Week of the 2009 season, announced today. Schiller scored two goals in the Demon Deacons' 5-2 victory over ninth-ranked Boston College (Oct. 31), a win that clinched the fourth seed for Wake Forest in the upcoming ACC Field Hockey Championship.
		Duke's Nick McCrory and North Carolina's Laura Moriarty Earn ACC Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week Honors   11/3/09   Duke freshman Nick McCrory and North Carolina sophomore Laura Moriarty were selected as this week's Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming and Diving Performers of the Week, announced today. McCrory helped the Blue Devils to a win over conference foe Georgia Tech (Oct. 30) with two first-place finishes, while Moriarty won two events and recorded another top-three time at the Tar Heel Invitational (Oct. 30).

		Virginia Outside Hitter Simone Asque Named ACC Volleyball Player of the Week   11/2/09   Virginia sophomore outside hitter Simone Asque earned her second consecutive selection (Oct. 27) as the Atlantic Coast Conference Volleyball Player of the Week, announced Monday. Asque totaled 39 kills, 15 digs, and five blocks against Florida State and Miami over the weekend, and became the only volleyball player to earn multiple player of the week honors this season.
		Atlantic Coast Conference Announces ACC Football Players of the Week for Week 9   11/2/09   Miami sophomore quarterback Jacory Harris and Duke senior quarterback Thaddeus Lewis share this week's Atlantic Coast Conference Offensive Back of the Week honor to headline a list of ACC Players of the Week, announced today.
