The ACC Digital Network Announces the Winners of the 2015 Guest Reporter Search

Student Contributions will be available on theACC.com as part of the ACCDN’s expansive coverage of the ACC Football Championship Game

Charlotte, N.C. - The ACC Digital Network (@theACCDN) concluded its Second-Annual Guest Reporter Search Campaign today with the announcement of its winners, Rebecca Fiorentino and Rachel Eagleton. With three-times the amount of entrants from last year, this year’s campaign proved to be very competitive. Contestants submitted quality content and were very engaged on social media.

Courtney Cox, from the ACCDN, compiled a video of some of the biggest social plays of the campaign.

ACCDN Guest Reporter Winner, Rebecca Fiorentino, graduated from NC State in 2014 and currently works in the Duke Athletic Department where she is the Assistant Director of the Blue Devil Network. Rachel Eagleton, the other ACCDN Guest Reporter Winner, is a Junior at Clemson University and writes for Clemson Athletics.

On Monday evening, ACC Digital Network hosts, Jeff Fischel and Courtney Cox, called both Fiorentino and Eagleton to  personally congratulate them on becoming the next ACCDN Guest Reporter. Watch this video that captured the reactions of the ACCDN Guest Reporters.

The ACCDN received many entries from talented individuals. The judging process was based on contestants entries, personalities and engagement on social media. Listed below are the contestants that were named second-round finalists:
