Boston College Starts Spring Break Trip With Win Over Florida Gulf Coast, 5-2
The Boston College women's tennis team started its spring break trip off on the right foot with a 5-2 victory on Monday night over Florida Gulf Coast at the Florida Gulf Coast Tennis Complex in Fort Myers, Fl.

The win moves Boston College back to an even overall record of 5-5 for the year, while the loss drops Florida Gulf Coast to 2-4 on the season.

Boston College took the doubles point by winning two of the three doubles matches. The Eagles were led by the freshman duo of Alex Kelleher and Olga Khmylev as they put up another solid victory at the number one doubles position defeating Priscillia Villemond and Iris Rendon, 8-6. Kelleher and Khmylev are now 6-4 for the season at number one doubles.
