Clemson Women's Tennis Defeats Furman, 7-0
The 15th-ranked Clemson women's tennis team defeated the Furman Paladins, 7-0 at the Mickel Tennis Center in Greenville, SC. The Tigers moved to 6-0 on the season, while Furman fell to 0-3. The Tigers will travel to #4 Georgia on Saturday for a noon showdown.

The Tigers swept the doubles point, as Estefania Balda and Laurianne Henry defeated Olivia Maurice and Jessica Preeg, 8-2, at flight three to give the Tigers a 1-0 edge. Then, Josipa Bek and Nelly Ciolkowski won 8-3to clinch the doubles point. Keri Wong and Ina Hadziselimovic stayed perfect on the season, moving to 6-0 at the flight one doubles spot.

Keri Wong won her first career match at #1 singles, taking down #86 Monica Arguello, 6-1, 6-1. She is now 6-0 on the season. 113th-ranked Ina Hadziselimovic moved to 5-1 on the season with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Jessica Preeg to give Clemson a 3-0 lead. Ninth-ranked Josipa Bek won 6-3, 6-2 at flight two against Lauren Kline.
