No. 3 Virginia Rowing Sweeps Penn on Senior Day
The third-ranked Virginia rowing team swept five races against Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon at the Rivanna Reservoir. The Cavaliers won the Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight, Varsity Four, Second Varsity Four and Third Varsity Eight races.

Following the regatta, the UVa senior class of Pamela "Frosty" Baylor, Desiree Burns, Jennifer Cromwell, Lauren Hutchins, Marie Long, Summers Nelson, Sarah Pichardo, Nora Phillips and Helen Tompkins was honored for its four years worth of accomplishments.

Coming into Saturday's races, UVa was ranked No. 3 by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) and USRowing. The Quakers were receiving votes. 

Miami Rowers Conclude Regular Season at UCF Regatta
The University of Miami Varsity Four boat collected a win on Saturday, as the Hurricanes rowing team concluded the regular season at the UCF Regatta against UCF and Alabama at the UCF Intercollegiate Rowing Center in Orlando, Fla.

The `Canes were victorious in the Varsity Four race, crossing the finish line in 8:24.4. UCF crossed second at 8:30.1, and Alabama followed at 8:50.5.

Miami would finish third in the Varsity Eight race, finishing the course in 7:56.3. UCF collected the win at 7:36.6, while the Crimson Tide was second at 7:42.9.
