GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference unveiled the 2011 Women's Basketball Tournament logo today as announced by Commissioner John Swofford.

The 34th annual ACC Women's Basketball Tournament is set for March 3-6, 2011, and marks the 12th consecutive year the four-day event will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum.

The 2011 ACC Women's Basketball Tournament logo was developed and designed by Richard Schoenberger of Manor House Graphics in Asheboro, N.C.

Last year's tournament continued to reach new milestones after it set a new single-session attendance record in the opening round's School Day game with a crowd of 11,445 that featured approximately 7,800 elementary students, nearly 2,000 more than last year. Guilford County alone brought 33 elementary schools of the 65 in the district. Eighth-ranked Duke claimed the 2010 ACC Women's Basketball Championship with a 70-60 victory over NC State, marking the sixth ACC championship for the Blue Devils, but their first since winning five-consecutive from 2000-04.
