'Get LOUD!' Sweepstakes & Nashville Singer Bridgette Tatum Set to Perform At ACC FanFest Presented By AT&T

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The Atlantic Coast Conference will conclude its 2010 ACC Football Sweepstakes "Get LOUD" with a live performance by Nashville singer and songwriter Bridgette Tatum on Saturday, December 4.

Fans who visited the official league website and registered for the Sweepstakes throughout the season, had the opportunity to win prizes related to the 2010 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship, the Discover Orange Bowl, which is the "Home of the ACC Champion," as well as all other seven league bowl partner games.

Twelve winners were randomly selected each week during the contest period, which began on Sept. 30, and received an "LOUD" music video DVD, an ACC iPhone application download and an ACC "Get LOUD" t-shirt. In addition, the prize pack included an autographed CD by Tatum, a South Carolina native and Nashville recording artist, who was named the 2010 ACC Football theme song artist, which was announced prior to the season.

First-place prize winners, one representative of each of the ACC's 12 member institutions, were randomly selected at the conclusion of the contest period and received, in addition to the "Get Loud" Prize Pack, a Championship Prize Pack, including an autographed mini-helmet by their team's head football coach, two tickets to the 2010 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game and two tickets to their schools' respective bowl game (if applicable).

The two first-place prize winners representing the participating teams in the 2010 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will also be provided a weekend Championship experience, including round-trip airfare, entertainment opportunities and the chance to get the same experience for the 2011 Discover Orange Bowl on Jan. 3 in at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Fans can join the Sweepstakes winners on Saturday at ACC FanFest, which will be located between Graham and Mint streets surrounding Bank of America Stadium, for a live performance by Tatum. The band will take center stage at 2 p.m.

Following the performance, fans can enjoy several other events taking place in the FanFest area, including an ACC Mascot Football game at 3:30 p.m. on Dr Pepper Field, an autograph session with the ACC Football Legends at 4:30 p.m., and pep rallies from both schools.

In addition, the Chick-fil-A Cows will roam through the tailgating area giving away free Spicy and Original Chicken Sandwiches to a limited number of fans.

2010 ACC Football Championship Game The 2010 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be played December 4, at 7:45 pm at Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium and will feature Atlantic Division Champion Florida State against Coastal Division Champion Virginia Tech.
