ACC FanFest Presented by AT&T to Kick Off Championship Game Day Festivities

Charlotte, N.C. ( - ACC FanFest presented by AT&T will kick off Saturday, Dec. 3, with live music, games and entertainment outside Bank of America Stadium.

ACC FanFest activities will run from noon until 7 p.m. on Mint St. between Morehead and Stonewall/Graham St., adjacent to Bank of America Stadium East and North gates. ACC FanFest will include outdoors interactive games, performances by team bands, mascots and cheerleaders, ACC corporate partner attractions and giveaways, food and beverages, autograph opportunities with ACC Legends and entertainment rain or shine. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase official game merchandise and game programs.

Highlighting the afternoon of entertainment will be a live performance by the Grammy-winning country music superstar Dierks Bentley. Admission to ACC FanFest is free to anyone attending the 2011 ACC Dr Pepper Football Championship Game. Event attendees will also be able to watch all ACC basketball games being played that day on a number of video boards set up for the event.

4:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.: ACC Football Legends Autograph Session

4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Clemson Pep Rally (Dr Pepper Field)

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Virginia Tech Pep Rally (Dr Pepper Field)

5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.: Youth Cheer Performance (ACC Stage)

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Dierks Bentley (Dr Pepper Stage)

About the 2011 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game: The 2011 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be played December 3, at 8 p.m. at Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium and will feature Atlantic Division Champion Clemson against Coastal Division Champion Virginia Tech.
