Charlotte, N.C. – Over 50,000 tickets have already been sold for the 2012 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game, it was announced today by game officials. The game has sold out each of its last two years, both in Charlotte. Ticket sales are pacing well ahead of either previous year.

“We are extremely excited about the public demand for tickets for the 2012 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game,” said Will Webb, executive director of Charlotte Collegiate Football. “We have been advising fans to get tickets early each year. After two straight sellouts and ticket sales pacing ahead of previous years, it appears that fans are responding. The Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game has established itself as one of the hottest tickets in town. Fans have found out that when they put off purchasing tickets early, the game may already be sold out when they do try to purchase.“
Ticket prices are $25 and $40 for Upper Level, $70 and $90 for Lower Level, and $150 and $175 for Club Level. Fans may purchase tickets through the official website, ACCFootballCharlotte.com, through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com, or locally at the Bank of America Stadium Ticket Office.
