FOX Sports Carolinas Spotlights ACC Football

FOX Sports Carolinas today announced the debut of the 2010 ACC Football Preview, a 30-minute special spotlighting all 12 Atlantic Coast Conference football teams, on Thursday, August 12 at 6:30 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET.

With host Mike Hogewood and analyst Randy Cross, the 2010 ACC Football Preview features an in-depth preview of all 12 conference schools and a breakdown of the Atlantic and Coastal Divisions. Highlights include insights from ACC coaches on the conference’s diverse crop of quarterbacks, five of whom are on the Davey O’Brien Quarterback Award watch list, and conversations with Boston College linebacker Mark Herzlich and NC State linebacker Nate Irving, who are both returning to football after a year off of the gridiron. Hogewood and Cross talk about players to watch this season, including Florida State’s Christian Ponder, Virginia Tech’s Ryan Williams and North Carolina’s Robert Quinn, and offer their predictions on which teams will be playing in Charlotte for the ACC Football Championship.

The 2010 ACC Football Preview will debut on FOX Sports Carolinas on Thursday, August 12 at 6:30 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET and will have additional airings on FOX Sports Carolinas, FOX Sports Florida, NESN and Comcast SportsNet. Please see below for more information.
